T4 Tea House, a new Taiwanese tea cafe, is heading for Keizer Station.

The cafe is under construction at 6395 Keizer Station Boulevard #104 and owners Michelle Wong and Dicky Chan plan to open in early September. In June the couple opened another T4 Tea House location in Clackamas. That same month another location under different ownership opened in Beaverton. Once open, the Keizer location will offer a similar menu and experience as these existing locations.

Elegant Rose Tea at T4 Tea House

T4 Tea Houses serve bubble tea beverages. The company sources oolong and green tea from Taiwan and brews it to precise temperature specifications. They combine these teas with milk, frozen fruit and toppings to create a rainbow of different beverage options: caramel milk tea, fresh lime green tea, a royal rose tea, honey peach tea and many more.

In addition to tea beverages, expect a menu of savory snacks heavy on the fried goodies. T4's most popular dish is popcorn chicken with crispy leaves of fried basil, and the cafe will also offer fries, potstickers and "egg puff" bubble waffles.

T4 is a bubble tea franchise founded in Taiwan in 2004. Now the brand has more than a dozen franchise locations in California and is expanding globally. Wong and Chan's Clackamas location represents the second in Oregon and Keizer will be the third.

Michelle Wong and Dicky Chan opened their first T4 Tea House location in Clackamas in June. In September they'll open a second cafe at 6395 Keizer Station Boulevard #104.
