What's being built near the Woodburn Premium Outlets?

Project: Salem Health Medical Clinic - Woodburn

Location: 105 N Arney Road, Woodburn

Description: A new Salem Health medical clinic to expand offerings available in the Woodburn area. The clinic will offer urgent care, primary care, OB/GYN, imaging and lab services. 

Urgent care will offer outpatient appointments for urgent needs and initial visits for workers compensation. Primary care will offer chronic disease management, same-day appointments, preventive exams, well-child checks and mental health services. Imaging will offer X-ray, mammography, ultrasounds and CT imaging. Lab services will offer phlebotomy and urine collection as well as the ability to process specimens onsite for various tests.

The clinic is located near the I-5 interchange on N Arney Road by the intersection of Highway 219 and Woodland Ave., just south of the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

The building will be two stories. Initial plans are to utilize the first floor with the aforementioned services. Salem Health officials will determine what services to offer in the second-floor space after identifying the needs in the community.

The clinic will open for patient use in early 2020.
