Description: Two separate projects across from the parking lot and yellow gate entrance to the Oregon State Fairgrounds along Silverton Road NE.
The two-story Jet Industries building at 1935 Silverton Road NE is undergoing an interior and exterior remodel. The facade is being remodeled and interior work includes converting a 4,675-square-foot space from retail sales (flooring) to office space.
A new 4,750-square-foot commercial building is being constructed at 1805 Silverton Road NE. The building is intended for up to four yet-to-be-named tenants. Plans call for a drive-through and improvements to the off-street parking and landscaping on the property.
