May 21 Oregon election: Here are Marion, Polk county ballot drop off sites

Voters should no longer mail their ballots for Tuesday's election if they want them to arrive in time to be counted. Instead, they should drop them off at one of the official ballot boxes, according to the Marion County Clerk's Office.

An Election Day postmark isn't enough, officials warn. Ballots have to be received in the elections office by 8 p.m. Tuesday to be counted.

Postage is not necessary for ballots left in drop boxes.
