Keizer man and woman charged with meth possession

A Keizer man and woman were arrested Tuesday and charged with meth possession after neighbors complained about suspicious activity. 

Last month, officers received reports from neighbors who saw multiple visitors to a home on the 400 block of Chemawa Road N several times each day, according to Lt. Bob Trump, a spokesperson with Keizer Police Department.

The police department's Community Response Unit served a search warrant around 9 a.m. Tuesday and found a scale, a small amount of crystal methamphetamine, glass smoking pipes and a loaded Glock semi-automatic handgun. 

A Keizer man and woman were arrested Tuesday and charged with meth possession after police got complaints from neighbors.

Anna Marie Chapman-Olsen, 64, was issued a criminal citation on a possession of meth charge; Joel Boldman, 45 was charged with possession of meth and a felon in possession of a firearm.

Chapman-Olsen rents the home and sublets it to Boldman, according to Trump. 

Chapman-Olsen was not taken to jail but will appear in court, according to Trump. Boldman was taken to Marion County Jail and later released. 

A 15-year-old girl and a 16-month-old boy, staying in the home with their mother, were taken into protective custody and released to relatives. The mother was not arrested.
