Sublimity Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to consider and decide upon a planned 92-lot subdivision on property located south of Church St. and east of Marion Estates.

The hearing will take place at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 30, at Sublimity City Hall, 245 NW Johnson St., Sublimity.

The hearing notice lists the applicants as Keizer developers Steve Reimann and Jim Reimann; the landowner is listed as Edward Hassler of Sublimity.

The plans describe 92 lots, low density residential in an area addressed within the 400 block of Church St. SE and with development occurring in three phases: 36 lots in the first phase; 35 lots in the second; 21 in the third.

The notice also advises that “persons wishing to speak for or against the proposal may appear in person or by representative at the date and time (of the scheduled meeting).” It also notes that written testimony will be received up to a week prior to the hearing at City of Sublimity, 245 NW Johnson St., P.O. Box 146, Sublimity, OR 97385.

The notice further stresses that people who wish to express thoughts or concerns regarding the development project must do so within the avenues listed above in order to allow planners time to review them and for applicants to respond. Application documents are available for inspection at no cost, and a city staff report will also be made available for inspection seven days prior to the hearing.
