Firefighters are clearing water out of the basement of a Staffordshire building tonight.

Fire crews from Rugeley and Burton are at the BT Building in Burton tonight.

A Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: "Crews from Burton and Rugeley using High Volume Pump to remove water from basement of BT building, Burton upon Trent.

"As the High Volume Pump moves 7000 litres per minute this shouldn't take long."
