Two people have been arrested following an accident on a Stoke-on-Trent street this evening.

Police were called to the accident, on Whieldon Road in Fenton, at around 4.30pm tonight (Sunday December 9).

No one was injured in the collision, which involved an Audi colliding with a Ford Transit van and a Fiat Punto.

A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: "We were called to reports of a road traffic collison. An Audi was involved in a collision with two other vehicles, a transit van and a Fiat Punto.

"No injuries reported but we have made two arrests."

The road is understood to have been closed briefly after the collision but has now fully reopened.
