A number of demonstrations are scheduled in South Florida this weekend in connection with the death of George Floyd, a black man who died in police custody in Minneapolis.

Some protests over the past week have erupted in violence here and across the country. Many have concluded as peaceful demonstrations calling for racial tolerance.

Here’s a rundown of the ones to come. (Note: This has been updated to reflect protests scheduled for Sunday, June 7.)

Broward County

Sunday

2 to 6 p.m. at the Hollywood Police station, 3250 Hollywood Blvd.

Palm Beach County

Sunday

9 to 2 p.m. in Mizner Park, 327 Plaza Real in Boca Raton

3 p.m. at Riviera Beach City Hall, 600 W. Blue Heron Blvd.

Miami-Dade County

Sunday

3 to 5 p.m. at Homestead City Hall, 100 NE Civic Court

3 p.m. at Miami Shores Village Hall, 10050 NE 2nd Ave.
