Tickets announced for Jason Aldean’s Lakeview Amp concert

Live Nation has announced details for individual tickets to Jason Aldean’s Syracuse concert.

The country superstar will perform at the St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview in Syracuse on May 16. Kane Brown, Carly Pearce and Dee Jay Silver will open the “Ride All Night” show at 7 p.m.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 22 at 10 a.m. through Live Nation, Ticketmaster or via phone at 1-800-745-3000. Prices range from $30 for lawn seats to $99.75 under the pavilion; additional fees may apply.

Aldean is best known for hits like “Big Green Tractor,” “Dirt Road Anthem,” “Burnin’ It Down,” “Tonight Looks Good on You” and “You Make It Easy.” He’s won two ACM Awards for Entertainer of the Year and most recently released his eighth studio album, “Rearview Town,” in 2018.

His Lakeview Amp concert will be the earliest ever concert date at the venue -- and the first in May. It’s technically spring, but according to the Northeast Regional Climate Center’s daily almanac chart it can snow on Mother’s Day or even later in Syracuse; a trace amount fell on May 16, 2016, and 1.2 inches of snow fell on May 17, 1973.

The Syracuse venue's calendar has never started before June.

Tickets for Aldean’s Lakeview Amp were previously only available as part of the Live Nation Country Megaticket, a package that includes admission to five Syracuse concerts. Prices ranged from $147 to $499 for admission to Aldean on May 16; Chris Young with Chris Janson on June 13, Dierks Bentley with Jon Pardi on June 30; Brad Paisley with Chris Lane on July 26; and Florida Georgia Line with Dan + Shay and Morgan Wallen on Aug. 15.

Individual tickets will be announced for the other Megaticket concerts at a later date.
