The Florida Department of Health reported 56,163 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state Sunday, an increase of 739 since Saturday's report.

The number of reported deaths increased to 2,451, an increase of four since Friday. 

The total number of people who have been hospitalized is 10,190, though the Department of Health notes that figure does not reflect the number of COVID-19 patients currently in hospitals.
