Early this evening, Franklin police officers surrounded a Cool Springs vacant office unit at 130 Seaboard Ln. after receiving information that a homicide suspect from a Sunday night shooting death could possibly be hiding inside the vacant unit. Members of the SWAT Team entered the vacant unit but did not locate the suspect.
