Country music singer-songwriter Randy Houser and his wife, Tatiana, have placed their 13.25 acre Christiana, Tennessee, compound on the market.

The French country farmhouse style home on the property boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms with about 7,000 square feet of space. The asking price is $1,499,000.

The Rutherford County home is described as fully fenced and "off the beaten path" with a "party barn" and a pond.

The "Like a Cowboy" singer and wife Tatiana decided to move to Nashville after the birth of their son Huckleberry Houser to be closer to family.

The Housers decided to make the move to be closer to family after the birth of their son, Huckleberry, in June, according to their real estate agent, Cory Holman with Compass in the Gulch.

Houser married his wife in 2016 and said her support gave him the emotional boost he needed to embrace his artistry on his most recent album, "Magnolia," which was released earlier this year.
