The first round of confirmed CMA Awards performers has arrived. And, yes, it's stacked. Eric Church, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert and Maren Morris lead an initial list of acts appearing at the annual Nashville ceremony. Who else will country fans see at Bridgestone Arena? It's a ... boy!
Country couple Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd announced Tuesday they'll welcome their first child in 2020. The famed "Girl" songwriter shared the news on social media, saying, "the irony is just too rich that after a year of living in the 'GIRL' headspace, the universe would give us a baby boy to even things out."
A 'Musicians' celebration
At a star-studded ceremony in Nashville, a new class of lauded songwriters and performers entered the Musicians Hall of Fame this week. Garth Brooks, Jason Aldean, Zac Brown and more offered praise and performance for the induction class, led by Alabama, Steve Wariner and Don Everly. Go inside the emotional night here.
