Aged 51, of Brunswick Place, Hove, admitted breaching supervision requirements after leaving prison. Jailed for seven days.
GIUSEPPE TERRANOVA
Aged 59, of no fixed address, admitted possessing a knife in public in Madeira Drive, Brighton. Given four-month suspended prison sentence and to pay £115 surcharge.
COLM FITZPATRICK
Aged 49, of Brighton Road, Lancing, admitted assaulting a man and possessing a knife at the Henty Arms pub in Ferring. Ordered to complete 25 rehabilitation sessions, with a £85 surcharge, and £85 costs. Put under a restraining order not to enter the pub.
BILLY BRANCH
Aged 19, of Warwick Place, Worthing, admitted breaching an order to attend rehabilitation sessions made by Worthing Magistrates’ Court. Fined £100, with £60 costs.
ROBIN MUTTITT
Aged 42, of Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, admitted breaching a community order made by Crawley Magistrates’ Court. Put under curfew between 8pm and 8am daily for four weeks, and to complete four rehabilitation sessions.
CHRISTOPHER WAY
Aged 38, of no fixed address, admitted breaching an order to attend rehabilitation sessions made by Worthing Magistrates’ Court. Fined £25, with £60 costs.
ALAN WILKINSON
Aged 70, of East Hoathly, Lewes, guilty of driving at a speed in excess of 60mph at Ringmer. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 21 days.
JANET VAUGHAN-SPRUCE
Aged 80, of Newton Road, Lewes, guilty of driving at a speed in excess of 30mph on the A22, Halland. Fined £220, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
OLIVER STANDING
Aged 29, of Littlehampton Road, West Tarring, guilty of failing to comply with traffic lights at a level crossing at South Street, Lancing. Fined £147, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence
PAUL WHYBROW
Aged 39, of Angola Road, Broadwater, admitted two charges of drug driving, failing to provide a urine specimen for tests, and failing to show up to court. Fined £120, with £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
JOEL ANDREWS
Aged 26, of no fixed address, admitted stealing alcohol from Waitrose in Worthing and possessing cannabis. Ordered to complete 40 hours of unpaid work, with a £85 surcharge.
MUSTAPHA MBYE
Aged 40, of Brighton Road, Worthing, admitted possessing heroin and valium, and breaching a conditional discharge for possessing drugs. Fined £80, with a £30 surcharge.
ALISON REAY
Aged 42, of Harvey Road, Goring, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 69 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £461, with a £46 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year and seven months.
ANDREA WARD
Age 38, of Bodmin Road, Durrington, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 66mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year and six months.
OWEN HILL
Aged 18, of The Leas, Rustington, admitted assaulting a man in Angmering. Given a conditional discharge for one year and to pay £100 compensation with £85 costs.
