Nottinghamshire farm site comes to market

A Nottinghamshire site featuring a farmhouse and two barns with full planning permission for conversion into four dwellings has come to market through property agents Mather Jamie.

The Five Oaks Farmhouse and its adjacent outbuildings has been granted planning permission for subdivision of the farmhouse into two four-bed, two-storey dwellings. Permission has also been approved for the conversion and extension of two barns: one into a single-storey, two-bed dwelling and one into a three-bed property which will be part single- and part two-storey.

Hamish Byers, rural practice surveyor at Mather Jamie, said: “This is an exciting opportunity for prospective buyers looking to purchase a unique, characterful and desirably-located site with full, pre-existing planning permission.

“We encourage anyone who would like to enquire further, arrange an internal viewing or make a bid for this site to get in touch.”
