A trial will be held into allegations a former SNP MP embezzled tens of thousands of pounds from pro-independence groups.
Fife-born Natalie McGarry denied three charges of embezzlement and one of failing to disclose a mobile phone passcode to police at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday.
The 37-year-old is set to appear before a jury on April 23, with the trial expected to last four to six weeks.
One of the charges claims she failed to transfer donations to Perth & Kinross food bank and another charity.
Prosecutors claim she embezzled £41,500 between 2013 and 2015 in her roles at Women for Independence and the Glasgow Regional Association of the SNP, as well as in connection with a crowdfunding campaign for Yes Glasgow.
Ms McGarry was elected to Glasgow East in 2015 for the SNP.
She resigned the whip when the allegations surfaced and did not contest the 2017 general election.
