BISMARCK - Medalist Zach Johnson of Bismarck Century and his fellow Patriots won the Century/Legacy Invitational at Tom O’Leary Golf Course with a team score of 303, while Dickinson High finished ninth with a team total of 363.
Midgets Zach Sprague and Evan Lawhead each recorded an 88, while Johnson victored with 70 strokes. Sprague had a team-low, front-nine score of 41, while Lawhead was close behind with a 42.
Senior Ryan Bren put up a 92 and Logan Greef had a 95, but eighth-grader Jace Elkin recorded a team-low 43 on the back nine and totaled 97 strokes.
Rounding out the varsity competitors was junior Jaryn Berry, who swung for 104.
