Yusuf Becha Khan, a sharpshooter and an alleged accomplice of Chhota Rajan, has filed a complaint against three police personnel from the City Armed Reserve (CAR), accusing them of taking bribes. Khan, who is incarcerated at the central jail in Mysuru, has also alleged that they misbehaved with his sister at the Mayo Hall court complex on Friday.

The Ashok Nagar police have taken up a case against the three personnel, charging them with sexual harassment, voluntarily causing hurt, and intentional insult to provoke breach of peace. Khan was brought to Bengaluru for a hearing in connection with an arms case. As it was his birthday, his family members requested police personnel to allow them to celebrate at the court. According to Khan, the police allegedly demanded, and received, ₹8,000 to allow this.

On the court premises, his family members decided to take a photo. The police personnel objected to this and allegedly demanded another ₹5,000. Khan has claimed that they assaulted him when he objected to them misbehaving with his sister.

The personnel named have filed a counter-complaint claiming assault by Khan.

Khan was sentenced to life for killing a builder at his office in Seshadripuram on January 5, 2001.
