MSME-Ddevelopment Insitute (MSME-DI), Bangalore and Mysuru District Industries Centre and Mysore Industries Association to hold an awareness programme on MSME Delayed Payment Act-2006 and Powers of MSEFC for the dues recovery of Small Scale Industries from their Buyers.
The main aim of this programme is to assist micro and small enterprises in dues recovery from medium and large industries, public sector undertakings and also state and central government departments towards the supplies made to them, which is affecting the working capital requirement and eventually resulting in sickness and closure of these MSMEs.
Industry association, office bearers, all establishments and industries who purchase from micro and small scale manufacturer and service providers have been invited to attend the programme.
Awareness programme would be held on December 18 at 10.30 am at The Lalitha Sabhangana Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering and Technology in Mysuru.
The programme would be inaugurated by Gunjan Krishna Karnataka Commissioner of MSME Directorate and presided by Vasu former MLA and President MIA. Raju.R, Vice President, KASSIA is expected to cover the districts of Mysuru, Mandya, Kodagu, Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Hasan, Chikkamangaluru, Chamarajanagara.
