Councils to take legal advice after reorganisation review block

Two Buckinghamshire district councils are to take legal advice after their attempts to judicially review the reorganisation process was blocked.

Chiltern, South Bucks and Wycombe DCs have been told that their application for a judicial review of the way Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) was ‘effecting the change to a new unitary council for Buckinghamshire’ had not been given permission to proceed.
