FORGET Barry Manilow and his Copacabana, this summer it's all about the Copper Cabana at Northumbria Police.
The force hopes some of its 'most wanted' will join officers in the tropical paradise that is its custody suite for a summer getaway with a difference and is using the light-hearted social media campaign to grab the public's attention in a bid to trace them.
Today, they have appealed for help to trace a Spennymoor man wanted in connection with a theft in Northumberland.
In a Facebook post, they said: "While this next suspect looks straight outta#LoveIsland, we're afraid he's a resident of the less tropical Spennymoor. 19-year-old Kelvin Bainbridge is wanted for a burglary in Hexham. We hope he'll couple up with us in custody this summer."
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Northumbria police on 101, text 07786-200814 or send them a message via Facebook.
