Concern for missing Stirling teen Caitlin Cowie over as she’s FOUND following disappearance in Glasgow
Police had urged the public to be on the lookout for the 16-year-old who was last seen around 1.30pm on Thursday
THE search for a missing Stirling teenager who vanished after going to meet pals in Glasgow is over after she was found safe.
Caitlin Cowie, 16, had last been seen at around 1.30pm on Thursday.
She was in Glasgow city centre.
Caitlin was due to head home by train but hadn't been seen afterwards.
Concern grew for her welfare and the public were urged to be on the lookout for the teenager.
But police confirmed today she was found safe and well.

A spokesperson for the force said: "We can confirm that missing 16-year-old Caitlin Cowie has been found safe and well.
"We would like to thank everyone who shared and helped with our appeal."
