Grieving friends of a tragic Inverness bus driver are raising £2000 for his funeral after horror bridge crash death

GRIEVING pals of a bus driver killed in a smash were last night raising cash for his funeral.
Workmate Patricia Maclean launched the £2,000 JustGiving plea to help tragic Mohamed Chache’s loved ones.
Her appeal comes after Mohamed, 50, died when his Stagecoach vehicle hit a bridge and toppled onto its side near Munlochy, Inverness-shire.
She said: “It’s so they don’t worry about having to afford the funeral and can grieve properly.”

One tribute at the scene said the driver — nicknamed Smiler — was “the best friend anyone can wish for”.
Another read: “I am very shocked you are gone very soon.”
And a close friend wrote: “I’ll always miss you.”
Cops appealed for dash-cam footage of Friday night’s crash, which left three passengers hurt.
