A PEDESTRIAN has been struck by a van in Aberdeen.

Locals have reported an area of the street has been taped off, with motors being diverted.

The pedestrian is said to have suffered minor injuries.

A police spokesman confirmed officers responded to a road traffic collision involving a van and pedestrian.

Cops remain at the scene.
