Man’s body pulled from River Clyde in Glasgow city centre as cops lock down scene
THE body of a man was pulled from the River Clyde in Glasgow last night - with police swooping on the scene.
Cops were spotted near the waters behind the Grosvenor Casino after the alarm was raised around 7.10pm.
An eyewitness reported seeing a large police presence involved in a rescue operation.
Now cops have confirmed that a man's body was recovered from the river.
The death isn't being treated as suspicious.

A spokesperson for the force said: "Police were called to reports of a man in the water in the River Clyde around 7.10pm last night.
"A body was recovered and the man's family have been informed.
"Officers believe there are no suspicious circumstances".
