LDS missionaries speaking July 29
Victoria Magoon
Sister Victoria Magoon returned after serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in the New Hampshire Mission, which covered New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and a portion of Massachusetts. Her parents are Duane and Ivona Magoon of the Bunkerville 1st Ward. Victoria Magoon's future plans include working and furthering her education at BYU in ornamental horticulture. She will speak July 29 at 9 a.m. in the Bunkerville Chapel.
Nathan Cannon
Elder Nathanael Michael Cannon has been called to serve in the Chile Osorno Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He will report to the Mexico Missionary Training Center on Aug. 7 for his Spanish-speaking mission.
His parents are George and Jean Cannon of the Mesquite 4th Ward.
Nathan Cannon will be speaking on July 29 at 10 a.m. in the Stake Center.
Ned and Janet Mikkelsen
Elder Ned and Sister Janet Mikkelsen have been called to serve a couple mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
They have been called to serve for 23 months in the Canada Montreal Mission from August 2018-July 2020. The Mikkelsens will enter the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah, on Aug. 6. They will be serving as seminary and institute missionaries in the Ottawa area working with a young single adult ward.
The Mikkelsens will be bearing their testimonies July 29 at 11 a.m. in the Bunkerville 2nd Ward.
Logan Felix
Elder Logan Felix will serve a mission for The Church of Latter-day Saints in the Peru Lima South Mission for 24 months.
His parents are Amy and Jon Felix of the Bunkerville 2nd Ward.
Logan Felix will leave for the Missionary Training Center in Mexico on Aug. 7 to prepare for his Spanish-speaking mission.
He will be speaking July 29 at 11 a.m. in the Bunkerville Chapel.
Josh Abbott
Elder Josh Abbott will serve a mission for The Church of Latter-day Saints in the
Washington Spokane Mission, English-speaking.
He will enter the Missionary Training Center on Aug. 8.
His parents are Philip and Melinda Abbott of the Bunkerville 2nd Ward.
