Hundreds of star performers have been through its doors and it’s also seen political events, comedy nights, university graduations and classical concerts, featuring the Halle Orchestra and other major ensembles.

As well as the main Oval Hall, the venue boasts the beautiful Art Deco Ballroom and the smaller Memorial Hall.

Let’s hope we can all enjoy music there again soon.
