Tuesday's Delaware County arrest log

Law enforcement agencies in Muncie and Delaware County jailed nine people Tuesday.

Except for warrant arrests, the following charges are informal and subject to change until the Delaware County prosecutor’s office reviews each case and files formal charges in court. In addition, some inmates listed below might have been booked into the jail to serve sentences for earlier convictions.

Those booked into the Delaware County jail are:

-- Cook, Victoria Renee Lee, 25, driving while suspended.

-- Harmon, Aaron Gene, 41, aggravated battery.

-- Wheeler, Kaylen Rene, 26, criminal trespass.

-- Riggs, Brandon Joseph, 39, driving while intoxicated.

-- Hutton, Chase, Allen, 31, resisting law enforcement.

-- Smithers, Ryan Paul, 28, out-of-county warrant.

-- Beach, Heather Renee, 28, unlawful possession of a syringe.
