Paul Pogba hangs out with Man Utd reject Ravel Morrison at Carrington as Sheffield United star features in behind-closed-doors friendly at training HQ
PAUL POGBA was reunited with Ravel Morrison after the Sheffield United man took part in a behind-closed-doors match at Carrington on Tuesday.
The pair were team-mates at Manchester United and both started in the 2011 FA Youth Cup final against the Blades, which Harry Maguire also featured in.
The Red Devils beat the Yorkshire outfit 3-1 yesterday thanks to goals from Mason Greenwood, Andreas Pereira and Angel Gomes.
Phil Jagielka and Oli McBurnie both started for Chris Wilder's side - with the ex-Swansea striker getting himself on the score sheet.
Pogba, 26, stayed behind after the clash to catch up with the ex-West Ham star, with Morrison uploading a picture of the duo on his Instagram story.
Morrison penned a one-year deal with the newly-promoted side in the summer, but has been left out of the opening two matchday squads against Bournemouth and Crystal Palace.
Since swapping Old Trafford for Upton Park in 2012, the 26-year-old has had spells with Birmingham, QPR and Cardiff, as well as Italian giants Lazio, Mexican club Atlas and Swedish side Ostersund.
He will be hoping to get his first taste of Premier League football in five years when Sheffield United face Leicester on Saturday.
