BULLY'S BANKERS

Best horse racing tips for today’s action at Exeter and Carlisle from Tom Bull

Don't miss out on Tom Bull's best bets at all of Sunday's meetings

IT'S the return of the Flat over in Ireland, but closer to home I'm concentrating on the back-end fare of the National Hunt season.

There are some cracking contests at both Exeter and Carlisle, and here are my best bets at both tracks.

1

Carlisle

5.10 Solid Strike - Veteran produced a fine performance at Hexham last time out, with first-time cheekpieces clearly making a difference.

Heavy ground at that track takes some getting and he should have no problem with this longer trip now.

A 5lb rise is fair and I'm expecting him to take care of these.

Exeter

3.45 Cracking Destiny - The race Ian Williams' mare won at Leicester last time rather fell apart, but she couldn't have done it much more easily.

She's been given a hefty rise but could well be even better than her new mark and is well worth following here.

It's a good race but she's unexposed and could have more to come over this new trip.
