The reality TV queen dropped an impressive three stone after her stint on Dancing on Ice, and took to Instagram today to pose confidently in her stylish swimming costume.

Gemma, 38, looked trim as she larked about on a yacht on holiday.

She matched her headband to her floral swimsuit as she held on tight to a pole.

She wrote in the caption: "Happy weekend. No Chips ahoy for me.

"Are they just the best biscuits when you're in Spain."

Fans inundated Gemma's feed with comments on her weight loss.

Gemma began her weight loss journey on Dance on Ice -  after gruelling three-hour sessions on the ice with skate partner Matt Evers where she would burn up to 1,500 calories a time.

Since the show ended the Towie star has kept the weight off and dropped even more after upping her exercise regime and changing her eating habits.

Meanwhile Gemma teased fans with a clip from her new show Gemma Collins: Diva Forever - where she bizarrely hugged a tree.

She admitted she loves nature and suddenly felt an urge to wrap her arms around a huge tree when she was filming her own reality show for ITVBe.

The clip was aired on the broadcasting channel, as well as on her own Instagram account.

She said: "I love being with nature. In fact I've just got to hug the tree a minute."

The GC captioned her Instagram post: "Does anyone else HUG TREES or is it just me DIVA FOREVER @itvbe this AUGUST #thegc."

Diva Forever will follow Gemma's lavish lifestyle jetting from her hometown in Essex to LA and Marbella.
