Ryan Thomas and Lucy Mecklenburgh will NOT live together once they get married
RYAN Thomas and Lucy Mecklenburgh are engaged to be married - but they won't live together full-time once they've tied the knot.
The ex-Corrie hunk still has a home in Manchester so he can be close to daughter Scarlett – his child with former co-star Tina O’Brien.
And TOWIE favourite turned fashion label and fitness firm boss Lucy has a place near London.
They will maintain their separate bases even after they have married, with Lucy revealing in a Q&A on her Instagram story: “We will always have 2 homes north and south.
“It works well for us right now and we don’t see it changing anytime soon.”
As well as daughter Scarlett, most of Ryan’s pals, his parents and brothers Scott and Adam and his management team are based in the north west.
And Lucy also revealed that the pair are still to set a date for the nuptials but revealed that the wedding will be big, adding: “Ryan as a very large circle of friends.”
She said she was yet to pick a dress or even begin planning the do, revealing: “We have been super busy and are still in the engagement bubble! But I can’t wait to start planning.”
Ryan popped the question during a romantic Italian getaway back in June after two years of dating.
Sharing a snap of the special moment, Lucy wrote: "I said YES" along with a ring emoji.
In the picture, the couple can be seen smiling on a veranda with a nighttime view of the Amalfi Coast behind them.

Holding Ryan's face, Lucy showed off her glittering engagement ring.
She then took to her Instagram Stories to share a closer up shot of her new bling.
Their engagement came a year after they briefly split following an "explosive row".
But they soon kissed and made up, with Ryan going on to win Celebrity Big Brother in September 2018.
It was the last star version of the reality show, which saw Roxanne Pallett wrongly accuse Ryan of repeatedly punching her.
