THE popular Bounce Planet play sessions are returning to Bradford Forster Academy over the Easter holidays.

The fun inflatable activities offer high energy games and exciting challenges for over fives on April 16-17; then April 24-25.

Older children can take part in a number of exhilarating activities.

These include a laser tag arena; a camouflaged assault course; ultimate wipeout; a seven-metre spider mountain with vertical slide; a rodeo bull; a bungee run; a nerf target challenge; interactive play systems and playing football.

For those under five, there is a special play zone featuring three inflatables with soft play animals - including a play park, tots de luxe play zone and party bouncer.

All the activities are accompanied by music and a fantastic laser lights show.

Sessions are taking place at Bradford Forster Academy, on Fenby Avenue in Bradford.

The 90 minute session times are:

• 10.30 am - 12 noon

• 12.30 pm - 2 pm

• 2.30 pm - 4 pm

If you are interested in booking on to one of the sessions at £6 per child then call 01274 435496.

Tickets can be purchased by debit/credit card. Tickets on the day are subject to availability.

Bounce Planet is run by Bradford Council's Community Play & Development Service, part of Education and Learning in Children's Services.

Caleb Sutton, operational manager for Bradford Council’s community play and development team, said: "Children learn most when they are having fun and playing.

"It’s a great way to build confidence, improve your dexterity and strength and develop strategies to overcome the challenges in the games."

"It’s also increasingly important that children spend time over the holidays being active and away from screens in a way that’s not seen as structured exercise."

"It’s fantastic seeing them all getting so much enjoyment over the sessions, whatever the weather."
