THE plot thickens… There has been a third sighting of the mysterious pink pigeon in Bradford.
And for a second time, the exotic-coloured pigeon has been spotted at Lister Park, Manningham. This comes after another sighting last Saturday on a piece of grassland in Heaton.
The latest sighting of the exotic bird was near the lake at Lister Park.
Qasam Mahmood spotted the pesky pink pigeon by the lake at the popular park on Tuesday during his regular walk at the site.
He said: “I’ve never seen anything like it before.
“I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. It’s a bit unusual.
“It’s a bit of a celebrity. I couldn’t tell if it was naturally pink, or if someone has coloured it.
“I have never come across a pink-coloured pigeon before.
“I was only a few steps away from it.
“Maybe one of the rarest birds in the world has come to Bradford.
“It was entirely pink, all over its body. I walk around Lister Park most days and that was the first time I have come across it.”
