A West Cumbrian man was banned for 12 months after he admitted drug-driving.
Liam Russell Anson, 29, of Mealo House, Allonby, Maryport, appeared at the magistrates' court in Workington on Friday.
The court heard he drove on New Bridge Road in Workington on December 22 with 651ug/L of Benzoylecgonine, the legal limit being 50.
Anson was also fined £120 and was ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to fund victim services.
