Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, IBPS has completed the IBPS Clerk Prelims 2018 examinations today. The examination was conducted on December 8, 9 and 15. Candidates who qualify the examination would then be required to appear for the main examination, which is scheduled to be conducted on January 20, 2019. Based on the responses of the candidates who have appeared for the examination, experts have provided the complete exam analysis for today’s examination as well as an expected cut off basis all slots examination.

The exam analysis of all the slots is finally here and the verdict is that the IBPS Clerk Prelims 2018 was rather consstent with what was expected. The English section was said to be moderately difficult and relatively tougher to score in. The average cut off, as per experts, would vary from about 67 to 77 overall. Please note that there is no sectional cut off for preliminary examinations.

Experts from Career Launcher say that the first slot was camparatively tougher than a few of the previous week's slot. The average questions were of moderate difficulty level and English Language was the toughest from among the three sections today. Of the total 100 questions, experts point out that a good attempt would be of about 70 to 77 questions.
