The Railway Recruitment Board has cancelled sixty nine vacancies from the total number of vacancies allotted for RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019. The Board has also released an official notice confirming the news and have said that the vacancies are withdrawn due to the change in work pattern in Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW). According to the official notification, candidates who have already applied for the posts can modify their order of preference of posts under RRB/Allahabad till April 30, 2019, without payment of any modification fees. The posts withdrawn are given below in the table.

Candidates can change their post preference for DLW opted candidates in RRB Allahabad to change their post preference if they desire through the official link allahabad.rrbonlinereg.co.in. This recruitment drive will fill up 35,277 jobs in Indian Railways. The final submission ended on April 12, 2019.
The selection process will comprise of Computer Based Test, CBT followed by Skill Test (Computer-based Aptitude Test for Station Master and Traffic Assistant, Typing Skill Test for Junior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Accounts Clerk, cum Typist, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, and Senior Time Keeper). Subsequently, there will be document verification and medical examination. For Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Goods Guard, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Commercial Apprentice, there shall be two-stage CBT followed by document verification and medical examination.
