Uttar Pradesh: Police raze down dreaded gangster Sundar Bhati’s property in Noida

Gautam Buddh Nagar: Close on the heels of demolition of the palatial bungalow of Vikas Dubey, the Noida police razed down the property of a mafia don Sundar Bhati and three more.

It's the first attachment in Noida, since the order came from the headquarters, by the chief minister of the state. Where UP CM Yogi Adityanath instructed to attach the property of gangsters/mafia, criminals and their associates for effective curbing the crime, as per section 14 of UP Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.

On Saturday, the Commissionerate of Gautam Buddha Nagar razed property and seized vehicles of its most notorious criminal gangs. Their first move was against the two Top criminal gangs facing prosecutions of robbery, murder, force recovery, attempt to murder, weapons, gangster, etc. These cases are registered in various police stations.

Similarly, attachments were also done on the property of Sumit Nagar, a member of Anil Dujana Gang and Chandrapal Pradhan. The estimated value of movable and immovable properties earned by the four accused from criminal activities is Rs 8 crore.

"Action against the mafia has been the top priority of the chief minister. On his instructions we took action Sunder Bhati and his gangs active of western Uttar Pradesh, we will continue to act against these in future as well", said a senior official of Noida police.

As per police, the estimated value of movable and immovable properties earned by criminal activities by Sundar Bhati is Rs 1 crore 60 lakh. Which includes agricultural land of two-hectare (approx) at Dankaur. His two vehicles worth 25 lakh has also been seized.

Satveer Bansal has an estimated value of movable and immovable properties earned from criminal activities is Rs 2 crore 60 lakh. Sumit Nagar's two high-end vehicles including a BMW also amount the list of seizures.
