Another twist in Tamil Nadu's Jayalalitha death probe has now emerged where the Tamil Nadu Health Secretary J Radhakrishnan startling revelations stating that he insisted that the Former Chief Minister be taken abroad for treatment but no action was taken by either EPS or OPS at that point of time.
