Wichita Falls police release name in fatal Saturday night shooting

Wichita Falls police spokesperson Jeff Hughes said the victim of a deadly Saturday shooting is 30-year-old Garret Clary.

Hughes said police responded to a call around 9:30 p.m. Saturday at the Fountaingate Apartments, located in the 5200 block of Tower Drive for a subject that had been shot.

Hughes said the victim died at the hospital from his injuries. The case is still actively open and being investigated.
