The five-bedroom, three-bath "executive ranch" has an in-ground heated pool with a grilling area in the back yard accessed by a sun room. The kitchen has granite and Corian countertops and a breakfast bar. There is also a large finished recreation room in the basement.

The city valued the property at 71 Marsdale St. at $362,000 for tax purposes. The home sits on one-third of an acre and is at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Back in January of 2018, the Sheehans bought a row house at 18 First St. in the city's Ten Broeck neighborhood for $77,000 and had been doing renovations until they moved in.
