Kate Middleton has a new (dog) niece. The Duchess's brother James revealed the newest member of his family—an insanely adorable pup named Nala—on Instagram, allowing fans to revel in Nala's undeniable charm.

"Introducing Nala Middleton. She is daughter of Zulu & granddaughter of Ella," James shared in the caption, referencing two existing members of his crew. "I cannot wait to share many adventures with her and the rest of the pack. (Ps more very exciting news to share soon)."

It's anyone's guess what news James might share next, but here's hoping it's dog-related. He's been on a roll during quarantine, posting plenty of the canine content his followers crave. In addition to signal boosting Pets As Therapy, a charity that both James and his dog daughter Ella volunteer with, he's been putting up more whimsical fare—like photos of his pups enjoying a sit-down dinner, complete with napkins and well-plated kibble, and a video of his dog Mabel hanging out with a little chick, in celebration of Easter.

Earlier this month, James also posted a video documenting the process of shaving off his beard—and promptly surprising his parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, and his fiancée, Alizee Thevenet, with his new look. Before he turned on the clippers, James admitted, "what I’m most worried about is these guys might not recognize me afterwards," referring to his dogs. Fans never learned if his dogs did indeed recognize him sans beard—hopefully all's well within his pack.
