Faridabad: Notices have been issued to 10 candidates in the Faridabad-NIT Assembly segment for violating the model code. RO Dharmendra Singh said the candidates were Pradeep Rana (Ind), Tejpal Dagar (JJP), Jagjit Pannu (INLD), Neeraj Sharma (Congress), Virendra Dangwal (CPM), Nagendra Bhadana (BJP), Karamat Ali (BSP), Chandar Bhatia (Ind) and Bir Singh Nain (Ind). Ali submitted the penalty later on Saturday evening. TNS
