Only 29% pvt candidates clear JU exam

JAMMU: Only 29 per cent students of the Directorate of Distance Education and private institutes have passed the the annual examination for degree courses (general) part-III.

Only 29 per cent students of the Directorate of Distance Education and private institutes have passed the the annual examination for degree courses (general) part-III. The results were declared by the University of Jammu on Saturday.

Of the 3,399 students who had appeared in the three-year BA, BSc, BCom, BBA and BCA degree (general) course part-III annual examination (distance education/private students), only 989 qualified the exam.

As many as 446 candidates did not qualify the exam while 1,443 students have got re-appear.
