Chandigarh reports another coronavirus case, total stands at 19

Chandigarh, April 10

A 40-year-old man in Chandigarh tested positive for coronavirus on Friday.

The man resides in Sector 37.

The city reported its first case on March 18, followed by four more cases on the next day (March 19).

The sixth case was reported on March 21 and the seventh case came on March 22.

The eighth case was reported on March 26. Seven more cases were reported on March 30, followed by one case on April 1 and one on April 2.

There are 19 confirmed cases in Chandigarh, of which 7 have recovered and 12 are still active in hospital.
