NEW SALEM, N.S. — NEW SALEM, N.S. – Cumberland RCMP is investigating an arson that occurred on South Branch Road in New Salem.
At 5:05 a.m. Thursday, RCMP and Advocate and District Volunteer Fire Brigade responded to the scene where a barn that was on fire. The investigation determined the fire is suspicious in nature.
No one was injured as a result of the fire and the investigation is continuing.
