About 5,300 Xcel Energy customers in St. Paul were without power for at least an hour Sunday evening.
An Xcel Energy outage map showed outages in an area close to Snelling Avenue between Grand Avenue and Interstate 94. Power appeared to be restored by about 9 p.m.
On Twitter, Xcel said a downed power line caused the outage.
