MANCHESTER — City police have arrested a local man, charging him with repeatedly sexually assaulting two girls younger than 13 over the past year, officials said.

Bryan Mathieu, 28, was charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and is being held at Valley Street jail pending a hearing in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
