ConVal opened with a victory over a rebuilding Kingswood program, but the task is tougher this week. Souhegan, 28-6.

Hopefully, John Proper will provide the Newport program with some coaching stability. Stevens, 34-14.

Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough at Hillsboro-Deering/Hopkinton (1 p.m.)

Fall Mountain at Winnisquam (1 p.m.)
This is the first of three straight road games for the Wildcats. Winnisquam, 39-14.
Raymond at Newfound (1 p.m.)
The Rams raised some eyebrows with their lopsided road victory against Fall Mountain last weekend. Raymond, 26-20
Merrimack Valley at Gilford-Belmont (1:30 p.m.)
Gilford-Belmont needs a victory here, because road games against Plymouth and Bow are up next. Gilford-Belmont, 26-14.
Hanover at Hollis/Brookline (2 p.m.)
With Division II South being so tough, winning these crossover matchups against teams from the North has added importance. Hollis/Brookline, 26-7.
Alvirne at St. Thomas (2 p.m.)

Plymouth at John Stark (2 p.m.)
Anyone want to bet that the Bobcats don’t lose two in a row? Plymouth, 26-13.
Campbell at Epping-Newmarket (2 p.m.)
